"A Passion for nature led me to painting. I work mostly outside, in all seasons, in coastal, riverside
and rural places. People moving through these places become part of the imagery, often tiny, giving a sense of scale to the landscape."
Studied painting at Camberwell School of Art. Haslived and painted in Suffolk since 1967. Also visited Italy for twenty summers, to teach and paint. Has
exhibited widely. Recent exhibitions include Chappel
Galleries (2003,solo) John Russel Gallery (2006, solo), The Cut, Ethna Dillon, Artone, Artworks, The Big Shed, The Cut, "Southwold"(Chappel Galleries) etc.
